About Merle
Merle Singer is a leader in the retention and development of multigenerational leadership talent and completed a ground-breaking three-year research program in 2021 on multigenerational leadership teams developed with Deakin University.
As a funded researcher with the Center for Applications of Psychological Type (CAPT) in the USA, Merle now uses contemporary archetypes and brings a language of understanding to leaders.
She recently created a suite of offerings, Epitome Leadership, all underpinned with a new and unique set of four archetypes for women in leadership. Epitome Leadership supports Emerging, Mid-Tier and Senior women in their careers.
Merle has a BA Honours and Masters in Psychology and worked for two decades as a senior executive in global technology companies with responsibility for a range of functions including marketing and transformation.
